Elite Tacky by Dave Ostlund

This version is specifically engineered for high-heat environments. While standard tacky can become runny or lose its grip once temperatures climb above 85 degrees Fahrenheit, this resin maintains its consistency and stickiness, making it ideal for outdoor competitions or hot gyms.

While it is designed for the demands of competitive stone loading, it is suitable for any athlete training with Atlas stones. If you are training in a warm climate or during summer months, the performance benefits apply regardless of your experience level.

Like most high-performance tacky, it is inherently sticky and will leave residue on your skin and the stones. We recommend using a dedicated tacky remover or a heavy-duty citrus-based cleaner to effectively break down the resin after your session.

While it is optimized for the specific friction requirements of stone loading, it can be used for other grip-intensive movements if you need extreme adhesion. However, be aware that it is significantly tackier than standard chalk and may be overkill for movements like deadlifts.
