The sauna is constructed from natural, untreated hemlock wood. This is a standard choice for saunas because it is durable, resists warping, and does not off-gas harmful chemicals when heated.

Because it uses infrared carbon heaters, you can typically begin your session within 15 to 20 minutes of turning it on. The cabin warms up gradually, providing a consistent, gentle heat rather than the intense, immediate spike of a traditional steam sauna.

This unit is designed specifically for indoor use. While a basement is generally suitable, a garage may be too cold or humid depending on your climate, which can affect the sauna's ability to maintain a consistent temperature.
