The dual-density construction combines a softer 73A outer rubber for immediate grip with a harder 85A inner pod for long-term durability. This setup gives you the traction needed for quick stops without the stopper wearing down prematurely during intense play.

While the 60mm surface is larger than standard stoppers, the hollow stem design significantly reduces the overall weight. You get the stability and stopping power of a larger footprint without adding unnecessary bulk to your setup.

These are primarily designed for indoor roller derby and rink skating. The natural rubber compounds provide the best grip on smooth, polished surfaces, though they can be used on outdoor courts if you prefer a very grippy, flat-faced stopper.

The flat surface provides a consistent, predictable contact point with the floor, which is ideal for stability during pivots and quick starts. It offers a more reliable platform than rounded stoppers, making it easier to find your balance when you're up on your toes.

You will need a standard toe stop wrench to tighten the nut securely against your skate plate. Because these feature a hollow stem, ensure you don't overtighten them to the point of crushing the stem, just enough to keep them firmly in place.
