The Hayabusa Classic Heavy Bag comes fully pre-filled and ready to hang. You do not need to purchase or add any additional filling material.

Unlike traditional rag-filled bags that can shift and settle, this model uses a high-density foam interior. This ensures the bag maintains its shape and consistent impact resistance throughout its lifespan.

The bag includes its own integrated hanging system and steel support ring. You will need a sturdy ceiling mount or a heavy-duty wall bracket capable of supporting at least 70 pounds, plus the additional force generated by your strikes.

For most home gym users, 70 pounds is the sweet spot. It provides enough resistance for effective power training while remaining manageable enough to minimize excessive swinging, which is ideal for smaller training spaces.

While the PU leather exterior is durable, this bag is designed primarily for indoor use. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperature fluctuations can degrade the synthetic leather and internal foam over time.
