The flat top provides a wider, more ergonomic surface for your palms when riding on the tops. This design helps distribute pressure more evenly, which can significantly reduce hand fatigue during long climbs or casual cruising.

A compact bend reduces the reach and drop distance compared to traditional deep-drop bars. This makes it much easier to transition between the hoods and the drops without needing to stretch excessively, which is ideal if you prefer a slightly more upright or accessible position.

These bars use a standard 31.8mm clamp diameter, which is the most common size for modern road bikes. As long as your current stem is designed for 31.8mm bars, they will be compatible.

While designed primarily for road cycling, the durable 6061-T6 aluminum construction and comfortable geometry make them a solid choice for light gravel or all-road setups. However, they lack the extreme flare found on dedicated gravel-specific bars, so keep that in mind if you prefer a wider stance for technical off-road handling.

Any standard road handlebar tape will work well. Because the tops are flat, you might find that slightly thicker or gel-backed tape enhances the comfort benefits of the bar shape even further.
