Liv Roost MIPS Helmet

MIPS stands for Multi-directional Impact Protection System. It is a low-friction layer inside the helmet that allows for a sliding motion during an angled impact, which helps reduce the rotational forces transferred to your brain.

The helmet features a four-position rear height adjustment system, which allows you to move the fit cradle up or down. This makes it much easier to accommodate a ponytail or bun comfortably while maintaining a secure fit.

The Roost is designed with 12 oversized vents specifically placed to channel airflow even when you are moving at slower speeds. While it won't feel like riding in a breeze, it is engineered to prevent overheating during demanding, low-speed climbs.

The integrated visor is fixed to provide consistent sun and trail debris protection. It is designed to be durable and unobtrusive, keeping your line of sight clear without needing constant adjustment.

To get the right fit, place the helmet level on your head and turn the rear dial until the cradle feels snug but not tight. You should be able to shake your head side-to-side without the helmet shifting, but it shouldn't cause any pressure points.
