Bodum Bistro Coffee Grinder

The Bodum Bistro uses a simple push-button operation. Because it is a blade grinder, you control the consistency by how long you hold the button down; shorter pulses result in a coarser grind, while longer, continuous pulses create a finer texture.

This is a blade grinder, which is best suited for drip coffee makers, French presses, or pour-over methods. It generally does not produce the consistent, fine grind required for high-pressure espresso machines.

The grinder has a bean capacity of 2.25 ounces. This is ideal for brewing a few cups of coffee at a time, making it a great choice for daily use rather than batch grinding for large crowds.

Since the blade is fixed, you should wipe the inside of the stainless steel grinding chamber with a dry, lint-free cloth or a soft brush after each use. Avoid using water or submerging the unit, as it contains electrical components.
