Yes, the vacuum insulation works equally well for both. You can use them to keep mashed potatoes hot or to prevent potato salad and dips from warming up too quickly on the table.

The small bowl holds 20 ounces (0.625 quarts) and measures 6 inches in diameter, making it ideal for dips, sauces, or smaller side dishes. The large bowl holds 2.5 quarts and measures 10 inches in diameter, which is better suited for main courses, large salads, or family-sized sides.

To preserve the integrity of the vacuum seal and the exterior finish, we recommend hand washing these bowls with mild soap and warm water. Avoid putting them in the dishwasher, as the high heat and harsh detergents can damage the insulation properties over time.
