To preserve the clarity and integrity of the crystal glass, we recommend hand washing this dispenser with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh abrasives or high-heat dishwasher cycles, which can cause clouding or damage over time.

The elevated height is built directly into the vessel's design. This allows you to place it on any flat, sturdy surface without needing an additional stand to accommodate a glass underneath the spigot.

This dispenser is designed for cold or room-temperature beverages like infused water, iced tea, or cocktails. We do not recommend using it for hot liquids, as the glass is not tempered for high-temperature thermal shock.

The spigot can be unscrewed from the glass vessel for thorough cleaning. We suggest soaking the spigot components in warm, soapy water and using a small brush to ensure any residue from fruit or sweeteners is completely removed before reassembling.

With a height of 21.75 inches, this piece is quite tall. We recommend measuring the clearance between your countertop and the bottom of your upper cabinets to ensure it fits comfortably if you plan to keep it on your kitchen counter.
