The Americoat silicone coating is highly effective, so you generally don't need to grease the pan for most recipes. However, using parchment paper is still a great option if you want to make cleanup even faster or if you are working with particularly sticky ingredients.

At 20.75 x 14.75 inches, this is a large, commercial-sized pan. Please measure your oven interior before purchasing to ensure it fits comfortably, as it may be too wide for some compact or smaller apartment-sized ovens.

It is best to avoid metal utensils, as they can scratch or damage the silicone nonstick coating. We recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden tools to keep the surface in pristine condition.
