While the Medallion Series is designed with an interlocking modular system to integrate into a custom outdoor kitchen, it functions perfectly well as a standalone unit. Its heavy-duty casters provide stability, allowing you to position it wherever you need it most.

The unit comes configured for liquid propane, but it is fully convertible to natural gas. You will need to purchase the appropriate conversion kit separately to make the switch.

The stainless steel surface is durable and resists rust, but it does require proper seasoning and maintenance. After cooking, simply scrape the surface while warm and wipe it down; the removable grease tray makes disposing of runoff straightforward.

The unit does not include a cover. Given that it features integrated LED and halogen lighting, we strongly recommend investing in a high-quality, weather-resistant cover to protect the electronic components and the stainless steel finish from the elements.

The 225-square-inch surface is compact but efficient, making it ideal for smaller meals, breakfast items, or side dishes. It is best suited for couples or small families rather than large-scale entertaining.

Because this unit features a single burner and one temperature zone, you cannot create distinct hot and cool spots across the griddle. You will need to manage your cooking timing carefully, as the entire surface will heat relatively uniformly.
