Because this is a slow-drip system, the brewing process generally takes between 4 to 8 hours, depending on your desired drip rate and the volume of coffee you are preparing.

It requires a bit of practice. The tower features an adjustable valve that allows you to control the drip speed, but you will need to monitor it occasionally during the first hour to ensure it maintains a consistent pace.

This tower produces a potent cold brew concentrate. You will typically want to dilute it with water, milk, or ice before serving, though you can adjust the strength to your personal preference.

A medium-coarse grind is ideal for this cold drip method. Using a grind that is too fine can clog the filter and slow the process down significantly, while a grind that is too coarse may result in a weak extraction.

The tower stands 450 mm tall and is 150 mm wide. While it has a relatively small footprint, you should ensure you have enough vertical clearance on your counter to accommodate the height comfortably.

The tower is made from heat-resistant glass, which is durable but requires careful handling. We recommend hand-washing all glass components with warm, soapy water and a soft brush to avoid scratching or accidental breakage.
