Immersion cold brew steeps grounds in water for hours, which can sometimes lead to a muddy or overly heavy body. This slow-drip method uses gravity to pull water through the coffee bed, resulting in a cleaner, more tea-like clarity that highlights the nuanced flavor profiles of your beans.

Because this is a drip-based system rather than immersion, the brew time depends on your drip rate settings. Generally, you can expect a full extraction to take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.

The output is a highly concentrated brew. While you can drink it straight if you prefer a very intense cup, most users find it best when diluted with water, milk, or poured over ice to balance the strength.

You should use a medium-fine grind, similar to what you would use for a standard pour-over. If the grind is too coarse, the water will pass through too quickly; if it is too fine, it may clog the filter.

To preserve the clarity and structural integrity of the transparent materials, we recommend hand washing all components with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the surface.
