Rada Cutlery Paring Knife

This set contains three 3.25-inch paring knives and one dedicated knife sharpener, providing you with a complete toolset for peeling, trimming, and small-scale prep work.

While the stainless steel construction is durable, we strongly recommend hand washing and drying these knives immediately after use. Dishwashers can dull the blades and damage the handle finish over time.

The hollow-ground edge creates a concave surface that reduces friction as you cut, allowing the blade to glide through produce more smoothly. This design also makes the edge easier to maintain and resharpen compared to standard flat-ground blades.

Because they are made from high-carbon stainless steel, they are designed to hold a sharp edge well. The included sharpener is specifically calibrated for these blades, so using it periodically will keep them performing like new.

The handles are designed for a secure grip, but they do not have a rubberized coating. The integrated finger guard provides a crucial safety barrier that helps prevent your hand from slipping toward the blade during use.
