The machine features a signature paddle that gives you full manual control over pressure, allowing you to adjust pre- and post-infusion on the fly. You can also save up to five custom pressure profiles to ensure your favorite recipes are perfectly repeatable.

The R Nine One is versatile and can be used with either its internal water reservoir or connected directly to a plumbed water line, giving you flexibility depending on your kitchen or café setup.

The interface is designed to be intuitive, allowing you to easily manage temperature settings, pressure profiles, and the auto-on timer. It balances advanced functionality with a straightforward layout that doesn't feel overwhelming.

A saturated group head is directly attached to the brew boiler, which ensures exceptional thermal stability. This design minimizes temperature fluctuations during extraction, resulting in more consistent, high-quality espresso shots.
