The Sill Plant Globes

Each globe provides up to two weeks of consistent hydration, depending on the plant's specific water needs and the ambient humidity in your home.

They work best for plants that prefer consistently moist soil. However, they are not recommended for succulents, cacti, or other varieties that require the soil to dry out completely between waterings.

No, the flow rate is not adjustable. The water release is determined by the soil's moisture level; as the soil dries, it releases air into the globe, which allows water to flow out.

These globes are specifically designed for indoor use. Outdoor conditions like direct sunlight, wind, and varying temperatures can cause the water to evaporate or drain much faster than intended.

Because the globes are made of clear, handblown glass, you can easily see the water level at a glance. When the globe appears empty, simply remove it, refill it, and place it back into the soil.

It is possible for soil to enter the stem if it is inserted too forcefully. To prevent this, we recommend pre-moistening the soil or creating a small hole with a pencil before inserting the globe.
