While the stainless steel body is durable, we recommend hand-washing the siphon to preserve the integrity of the seals and the pressure valve mechanism. Harsh dishwasher detergents can degrade the internal components over time.

While it is designed primarily for carbonating water, you can carbonate other liquids like juices or cocktails. However, be aware that liquids with high sugar or pulp content can clog the siphon nozzle, so thorough cleaning after each use is essential.

The 0.95-liter capacity yields approximately three to four standard 8-ounce servings per full charge. It is sized perfectly for individual cocktail service or small-batch drink preparation.
