The glass jars are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing the metal lids to prevent potential rusting or damage to the sealing compound over time.

The screw-on metal lids create a reliable, airtight seal suitable for pantry storage and preserving jams or jellies. While they are secure for most uses, they are not intended to be completely spill-proof for liquids if carried in a bag.
