While the clay is durable, we recommend bringing the urn indoors or covering it during freezing temperatures to prevent potential cracking from moisture expansion.

This piece does not feature a pre-drilled drainage hole. If you plan to plant directly into the urn, we suggest using a layer of gravel at the base for drainage or keeping your plant in its nursery pot inside the vessel.

Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage the textured glaze finish over time.

The clay construction provides a substantial weight, making it stable for most patio environments. However, if you live in an area with high winds, we recommend adding a layer of heavy stones or sand at the bottom to increase its stability.

The textured glaze is designed to be durable, but prolonged exposure to intense, direct sunlight can cause subtle fading over many years. It is best suited for sheltered outdoor areas or bright indoor spaces.
