The flag is constructed from 100% nylon, which is chosen for its durability and resistance to wear. This material is well-suited for gym environments because it resists tearing and maintains its shape even when exposed to the humidity or temperature fluctuations common in garage gyms.

The flag features four metal grommets, one in each corner, designed for easy and secure mounting. You can use nails, hooks, or zip ties through these grommets to hang the flag flush against your wall or from a ceiling fixture.

The graphics are applied using direct sublimation printing, which embeds the ink directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them. This process ensures the design remains crisp and resistant to cracking or peeling, even with long-term display.
