The Kokanee is designed with a versatile tandem layout, meaning it can be paddled solo or with a partner. When paddling alone, you can simply sit in the rear seat position to maintain proper balance and tracking.

This model features an ultra-stable hull design specifically engineered for recreational use on calm waters. Its 36-inch width provides a wide, steady platform that is very forgiving for beginners or families looking for a confident, wobble-free experience.

The Kokanee is built for flatwater environments like lakes, ponds, and calm bays. It is not designed for whitewater, heavy surf, or fast-moving rivers.

The kayak has a total weight capacity of 425 pounds. This limit includes the combined weight of the paddlers and any gear stored in the bungee systems or hatches.

This sit-on-top kayak features self-bailing scupper holes located in the floor. These allow any water that splashes into the cockpit to drain out automatically, keeping you from sitting in a puddle.

The kayak is constructed from UV-protected high-density polyethylene, which is designed to resist sun damage and fading. However, for the longest lifespan, we recommend storing it out of direct sunlight and off the ground when not in use.
