These fins are designed as a thruster set, making them ideal for standard shortboards or performance hybrids. Because of the stiff fiberglass construction and raked outline, they perform best on boards where you want to hold a strong line through critical sections of the wave.

The slightly smaller center fin is specifically engineered to reduce drag and facilitate easier release. This allows you to break the tail loose more easily during turns, giving you a more playful, responsive feel compared to a standard thruster setup.

These fins are compatible exclusively with the Futures fin system. Please check your surfboard's fin boxes to ensure they are Futures-compatible before purchasing.

The 100% fiberglass construction provides a very stiff flex pattern, which translates to maximum drive and stability. While composite fins might offer more flex and a 'whippier' feel, these fiberglass fins are built for surfers who want a predictable, solid response when pushing hard through turns.

The raked outline and wide base provide excellent hold, making them reliable in critical, steeper sections of a wave. However, the smaller center fin adds enough versatility that they remain maneuverable in smaller, punchier surf as well.
