Aipa Twinn

This board is purpose-built as a groveler, meaning it excels in soft, mushy, or less-than-ideal beach breaks. While it thrives in smaller, weaker surf, the refined bottom contours allow it to maintain speed and control even when the waves pick up.

The wing-twin design creates a distinct pivot point that helps the board turn tighter and faster. By reducing the surface area behind the wings, it allows for a more responsive, lively feel, making it easier to maneuver in slower sections of a wave.

The Aipa Twinn is generally better suited for intermediate to advanced surfers. Its high-performance features, like the lowered rail apex and specific bottom contours, are designed for aggressive, precise surfing rather than learning the fundamentals of balance and paddling.

The bottom shape is engineered to manage water flow for maximum efficiency. The rolled nose helps with smooth entry, the single concave generates speed, and the deep double concave to vee through the tail provides the control needed to transition between turns without losing momentum.
