The flatter deck increases the board's overall volume and float without sacrificing sensitivity. This design helps you paddle into waves more easily and maintain speed through flatter sections, while the refined rails ensure you don't lose that responsive, high-performance feel.

This bottom contour is engineered for speed and lift. The single concave under the front foot generates acceleration, while the double concave through the fins allows for quick, smooth rail-to-rail transitions and tighter turns.

While it is a high-performance shortboard, the Highline is forgiving enough for an intermediate surfer looking to transition from a groveler or hybrid to a more dedicated performance shape. If you are comfortable with a standard shortboard outline, this board will help you progress your vertical surfing.

The pronounced hip creates a pivot point that allows for snappier, more vertical turns. It essentially breaks up the rail line, making it easier to initiate turns in the pocket and giving the board a more responsive feel when you're surfing off the tail.
