Increasing the air volume generally makes the fork feel more supple at the beginning of the stroke, improving small bump sensitivity. It also helps the fork sit higher in its travel, which provides better support through technical sections and steep descents.

If you are comfortable performing basic suspension service, such as lower leg removal and air spring replacement, you can install this kit yourself. You will need standard suspension tools, including the correct socket sizes and fresh suspension fluid.

This kit is configured for 160mm of travel. If your current fork is set to a different travel length, installing this kit may alter your fork's travel to match the 160mm specification.
