The return speed on the Turbine R is fixed and determined by the internal air pressure, which is set at the factory. It is designed to provide a consistent, snappy return speed that is generally considered the industry standard for trail and enduro riding.

That depends on your frame's seat tube depth and your personal saddle height. Because 200mm is a significant amount of travel, you need to ensure your frame has enough insertion depth to accommodate the post's total length and that your minimum seat height allows for the post to be slammed all the way down without hitting the frame or bottle cage bolts.

Internal routing requires a bit more patience than external systems, as you need to fish the housing through the frame. However, the Turbine R uses a straightforward cable-clamping interface that makes the final connection at the post relatively simple once the housing is routed.

A 0mm offset means your saddle will sit directly in line with the seatpost clamp, rather than being pushed backward. This typically puts you in a more forward, aggressive climbing position, which is common on modern mountain bikes with steeper seat tube angles.
