The mattress uses open-cell foam that expands when the valve is opened, drawing air inside automatically. Once it reaches its full four-inch loft, you simply close the valve to lock the air in place.

This mattress is specifically engineered to fit iKamper rooftop tent configurations. While the dimensions are 78 inches by 50 inches, we recommend verifying your tent's interior floor dimensions before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

While it offers superior comfort, the four-inch thickness is substantial. Most iKamper tents are designed to accommodate this mattress when folded, but you should always ensure your bedding and pillows are removed or flattened before closing the tent shell.

Open-cell foam acts as a thermal barrier between you and the cold tent floor. It traps air within its structure, which helps retain your body heat throughout the night, making it significantly warmer than a standard air-only pad.

Yes. If you prefer a firmer sleeping surface, you can manually add a few extra breaths of air through the valve after the initial self-inflation process is complete.
