This bike is engineered specifically for competitive racing. Its aggressive geometry and high-end components like the carbon fork and hydraulic disc brakes are designed to maximize speed and handling on a track, which may feel overly stiff or twitchy for a casual rider.

Hydroforming allows the frame to be shaped for optimal strength-to-weight ratios. By manipulating the 6061-T6 alloy, Radio creates a chassis that is stiff enough to transfer power efficiently during sprints while remaining light enough to maneuver easily through jumps and corners.

The rims are tubeless-ready, which allows you to convert to a tubeless setup for reduced weight and better puncture resistance. However, you will need to install the appropriate tubeless tape, valves, and sealant yourself or have a shop do it, as the bike typically ships with standard tubes.

The carbon fork significantly reduces the overall weight of the front end, making it easier to lift for manuals and jumps. Additionally, carbon fiber naturally dampens high-frequency vibrations from the track, which helps reduce arm fatigue during long race days.

Hydraulic disc brakes offer superior stopping power and modulation compared to traditional rim brakes, but they do require periodic bleeding to maintain performance. If you are comfortable with basic bike maintenance, it is a manageable task, though it requires specific tools and fluid.
