LA CAPA Customs HIVE Hammer

The HIVE Hammer is designed for compatibility with standard Hi Capa series platforms. As long as your pistol follows the standard Tokyo Marui-spec Hi Capa design, it should be a direct drop-in replacement.

By reducing the mass of the internal assembly, this hammer allows for snappier cycling. You will notice a crisper, more responsive feel when firing compared to the heavier stock hammer.

Installing a hammer requires disassembling the sear spring and hammer housing, which can be tricky if you are new to airsoft tech work. If you are comfortable with basic pistol maintenance, it is a straightforward upgrade, but take your time with the small springs.

The anodized finish is durable and resistant to fading, but like any metal-on-metal contact part in an airsoft gun, you should expect some natural wear on the contact points over time. Regular lubrication will help maintain the finish and the part's longevity.

While the HIVE Hammer is designed to work with your existing internals, it is often a good time to inspect your sear and disconnector for wear. If those parts are already worn, replacing them alongside the hammer ensures the best possible trigger feel.
