The Thomson MTB Trail Handlebar uses a standard 31.8mm clamp diameter, which is the most common size for modern mountain bike stems. As long as your stem is designed for a 31.8mm bar, it will fit perfectly.

A 20mm rise is considered a moderate, versatile height. It helps lift your front end slightly to improve comfort and control on technical terrain without making the bike feel too twitchy or unstable on steep climbs.

750mm is a standard width that offers a great balance of stability and maneuverability for most trail riders. If you find it too wide for your local trails or personal preference, this aluminum bar can be safely trimmed down to your desired length using a standard hacksaw or pipe cutter.

While carbon fiber is often lighter, the 7050 aluminum used here is exceptionally durable and stiff, providing a very responsive feel that many riders prefer for aggressive trail riding. It offers excellent strength-to-weight performance without the fragility concerns sometimes associated with carbon in the event of a crash.

The 5-degree up sweep and 8-degree back sweep are designed to mimic the natural angle of your wrists when gripping the bars. This geometry helps reduce strain and fatigue during long rides by keeping your hands in a more neutral, relaxed position.
