The needles are very short at 0.1mm, which is designed to be gentle on the skin. While you may feel a slight prickling sensation, it should not be painful; however, always use light pressure and avoid applying it to broken or inflamed skin.

Use the device on clean skin before applying your serums or creams. By creating micro-channels, it helps your topical products penetrate more effectively, so you should apply your active treatments immediately after stamping.

For hygiene and to ensure the needles remain sharp and effective, you should replace the Focus-CIT every six months after opening. Using a dull needle can be less effective and potentially irritating.

While you technically could, it is not efficient for the whole face due to its small size and stamp design. It is optimized for small, targeted areas where you want to focus your skincare efforts, such as fine lines around the eyes or mouth.
