While they are designed for cooler, breezy weather, the ventilated Power Mesh back and Ergo Air ventilation system provide enough airflow to keep your hands comfortable during warmer rides. However, if you are riding in extreme heat, you might prefer a lighter, short-finger glove.

The Calory gloves feature foam padding designed for casual off-road excursions and light trail use. They provide a good balance of comfort and tactile feedback, but they are not heavily padded like dedicated long-distance touring gloves.

These gloves do not feature touchscreen-compatible fingertips. You will need to remove them if you need to operate a phone or GPS device.

The full-finger design provides essential protection against trail debris, branches, and brush that you might encounter on light trails. It also offers better grip and coverage than short-finger gloves, which is helpful when navigating uneven terrain.

To maintain the integrity of the perforated leather-like palm and the mesh back, it is best to hand wash them in cool water with a mild detergent. Air dry them away from direct heat sources to prevent the material from stiffening.
