These skins are specifically cut and tailored for the geometry of the Atomic Backland 95 touring ski. While the tip and tail clips are designed for that specific model, they may not provide a secure or safe fit on other ski shapes or widths.

The Hybrid Glue 2.0 is engineered to maintain a reliable bond across a wide range of temperatures. It is designed to be sticky enough to handle wet snow and cold transitions, but it is also formulated to be easier to pull apart than traditional hot-melt glues.

Mohair is prized for its exceptional glide and lightweight properties, which makes it ideal for long ascents. While it is highly efficient, it is slightly less abrasion-resistant than nylon-mix skins, so it is best suited for skiers who prioritize speed and efficiency over maximum durability in harsh, icy terrain.

The race-inspired tip clip is designed for speed and ease of use during transitions. It allows you to quickly attach or detach the skin from the tip of your ski without removing your gloves, which is a significant advantage when you are trying to move efficiently in cold or windy conditions.

The Hybrid Glue 2.0 is designed to be low-maintenance, but like all skins, its performance depends on how well you care for it. Keeping the glue surface clean and storing the skins properly between tours will extend the life of the adhesive significantly.
