4FRNT Hoji

The multi-radius rocker is designed to make turn initiation feel intuitive and smooth. It allows the ski to pivot easily in tight terrain like trees while still providing enough effective edge contact to maintain stability when you are carving on firmer snow.

While 112 mm is definitely on the wider side, the Hoji is surprisingly versatile. It excels in soft snow and powder, but the sandwich sidewall construction and carbon reinforcements give it enough edge hold to handle groomers and variable resort conditions without feeling floppy.

Because these are designed as a hybrid touring and freeride ski, you should pair them with an alpine touring binding. This setup will allow you to take full advantage of the integrated skin system for backcountry access while still providing the performance needed for resort laps.

The carbon stringers add a snappy, energetic feel to the Aspen and Maple core without adding significant weight. They help the ski rebound out of turns and provide a stable platform, making the ski feel more responsive and damp compared to a standard wood-only construction.

The Hoji features a fully integrated skin attachment system specifically designed for 4FRNT skins. While you might be able to rig other skins to work, using the proprietary system ensures the most secure connection and the fastest transitions in the backcountry.

The neoprene rubber tip acts as a vibration dampener. It helps absorb chatter and impacts when you are skiing through crud or variable snow, keeping the tip calm and providing a smoother, more predictable ride.
