The Elite X4 is compatible with standard 1 1/8-inch (28.6mm) steerer tubes and 31.8mm handlebars. As long as your fork and bars meet these industry-standard dimensions, this stem will fit.

The stack height is 40mm. This is a standard measurement that determines how much of your fork's steerer tube the stem clamps onto; you should ensure you have enough steerer tube length remaining on your fork to accommodate this 40mm height.
