Dynafit Radical

This ski is designed primarily for backcountry touring. While it can handle resort groomers, its lightweight construction and specific features like the skin tip notch are optimized for efficient uphill travel and variable mountain terrain.

At 87mm underfoot, this ski is relatively narrow, which makes it excellent for firm snow, icy conditions, and efficient skinning. It is not a dedicated powder ski, so you will find it most capable on hardpack or mixed spring snow rather than deep, soft powder.

The Radical is built for the intermediate to advanced backcountry skier who prioritizes a balanced experience. It is ideal for someone who wants a ski that is light enough for long climbs but stable enough to handle technical descents with confidence.

The ski features a skin tip notch, which is designed to work seamlessly with Dynafit's pre-cut skins. While you can use other universal skins, the notch system provides a more secure and streamlined attachment.

The carbon stringers add torsional rigidity and snap to the ski without the weight penalty of metal laminates. This gives the ski a lively, energetic feel that helps with edge grip on firm snow while keeping the overall weight low for the ascent.
