The mixed-depth profile is designed to balance handling and efficiency. The shallower 40mm front rim improves steering control and stability in crosswinds, while the deeper 44mm rear rim optimizes aerodynamics for better speed and power transfer.

These wheels are compatible with tires up to 50c. The 25mm internal rim width provides a stable platform for these high-volume tires, allowing you to run lower pressures for better traction and comfort on rough terrain.

They are tubeless-ready, which is the recommended setup for gravel riding to reduce the risk of pinch flats and improve ride quality. While you can technically use tubes, the rim profile is optimized for a secure tubeless seal.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. Additionally, Reserve includes a no-fault crash replacement policy, meaning if you damage the wheels while riding, they will replace or repair them regardless of how the damage occurred.

While they are designed for gravel, you can certainly use them on a road bike if your frame has the necessary clearance for disc brakes and the wider rim profile. However, they are optimized for wider gravel tires rather than narrow road slicks.
