Yes, the 800mm width can be trimmed to your preferred length. We recommend using a proper hacksaw or pipe cutter and following the markings on the bar to ensure a clean, even cut.

The 35mm clamp diameter increases stiffness and strength, which provides more precise steering input on aggressive terrain. While some riders find it slightly stiffer, the triple-butted construction of the Turbine R helps maintain enough compliance to prevent excessive fatigue on long rides.

While it is built for aggressive trail, all-mountain, and enduro riding, it can certainly be used for cross-country if you prefer a wider, stiffer cockpit. However, keep in mind that at 300g, it is heavier than dedicated ultralight cross-country bars.
