The cooling effect is integrated into the polyethylene fabric fibers themselves, not just a surface coating. This means the refreshing, cool-to-the-touch sensation remains consistent over time, even after repeated washes.

While the U-shape provides comprehensive support, it does require a bit of maneuvering compared to a standard pillow. However, the pillow is designed to be flexible, so you can easily fold one side back or shift it to create an opening when you need to get up.

This blend offers the best of both worlds: the structural support and pressure relief of memory foam, paired with the plush, moldable comfort of micro-fiber. It prevents the pillow from feeling too rigid while ensuring it doesn't flatten out or develop lumps over time.

Only the cover is machine washable. The inner core, which contains the memory foam and micro-fiber fill, should be spot cleaned only to maintain its shape and structural integrity.

The Hugl is specifically engineered for side sleepers to align the spine, hips, and knees. While back sleepers might find the U-shape supportive for the arms and neck, it is not optimized for stomach sleeping.

The standard 7-inch height is designed for average-sized frames, offering a balanced loft for neck and shoulder support. The 9-inch large option provides extra elevation, which is often preferred by taller individuals or those with broader shoulders who need more substantial cushioning.
