Advaning Retractable Awning

While the awning is designed for straightforward wall mounting, it is a heavy, motorized unit. We strongly recommend having at least two people for installation and consulting a professional if you are unsure about your wall's structural integrity or electrical requirements.

This model is designed for standard electrical operation. In the event of a power outage, you will not be able to retract or extend the awning using the motor, so it is best to keep it retracted if severe weather is forecasted.

The 100% acrylic fabric is water-resistant, meaning it will shed light rain and protect you from sun exposure. However, it is not designed to be fully waterproof or to withstand heavy pooling water, so you should retract it during significant storms.

You can stop the awning at any point during its extension. This allows you to customize the amount of shade based on the sun's position or your specific preference for that time of day.

Regular maintenance is simple: brush off loose dirt before it embeds in the fabric and hose it down with clean water monthly. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and lukewarm water, ensuring you rinse thoroughly and let the fabric air dry completely before retracting it.
