Each sculpture comes with 6-inch stakes that attach to the base. Simply push the stakes firmly into the soil or lawn to ensure the figures remain stable, even in wind.

These sculptures are specifically designed for ground installation using stakes. They are not freestanding and cannot be placed on concrete or stone patios without significant modification.

Very little is needed. Because the steel is meant to weather and patina, you do not need to apply protective coatings. If you prefer to stop the rusting process, you can apply a clear coat sealant, though this will alter the natural aesthetic.

While the steel is durable 16-gauge material, the sculptures have a silhouette design that allows wind to pass through them. When properly staked into the ground, they are stable enough for most standard outdoor conditions.
