While the Raddler is designed primarily for gravel, its tightly spaced center knobs roll efficiently on pavement. However, because it is a knobby tire, you will experience more road noise and slightly higher rolling resistance compared to a dedicated slick road tire.

Yes, the Raddler is tubeless-ready, but it is fully compatible with standard inner tubes. If you choose to run tubes, you can still enjoy the tread pattern, though you won't get the same puncture protection or supple ride quality that a tubeless setup provides.

The Raddler excels in loose, technical terrain, but it isn't a dedicated mud tire. The aggressive side knobs provide good grip in damp conditions, but the tightly spaced center tread may pack up with thick, sticky mud.

The 120 TPI (threads per inch) casing makes the tire more supple and flexible compared to lower TPI options. This allows the tire to conform better to the ground, which improves traction and provides a smoother, more comfortable ride over rough gravel.

Before purchasing, check your bike frame and fork manufacturer's clearance specifications. While 44mm is a standard width for many modern gravel bikes, some older frames or road-focused gravel bikes may not have enough clearance for a tire of this volume.
