SRAM Eagle T-Type Trigger Shifter

The single-click design is specifically engineered for E-MTB use. It prevents multiple gear shifts under high motor torque, which protects your chain and cassette from premature wear or damage during aggressive riding.

This shifter is part of the T-Type ecosystem and is designed specifically for SRAM Eagle T-Type drivetrains. It is not compatible with standard Eagle 12-speed components due to the unique cable actuation requirements of the T-Type system.

The discrete clamp allows for independent mounting on your handlebar, which helps keep your cockpit clean. It is generally compatible with most standard handlebars, but if you prefer an integrated look, you may want to check if your specific brake system supports MatchMaker X integration.

The revised lever geometry provides a noticeably crisper and more tactile feel. Because it is optimized for the T-Type drivetrain, the actuation is precise and consistent, even when you are shifting under the heavy load typical of electric mountain biking.

While it is built with the durability required for E-MTB, you can certainly use it on a standard mountain bike if you are running a T-Type drivetrain. However, keep in mind that the single-click limitation means you cannot dump multiple gears at once, which some riders prefer for technical climbing.
