These nipples are designed for spokes with a 1.8mm thread diameter. Before purchasing, verify that your spokes match this specific thread size to ensure a proper, secure fit.

Brass is significantly more durable and resistant to corrosion than aluminum. While slightly heavier, brass nipples are the industry standard for reliability and are much less likely to seize over time, making them ideal for daily riders and all-weather cyclists.

You can use a standard spoke wrench that fits the square interface on the nipple body. The top slot also allows for installation using a flat-head screwdriver, which is helpful for initially threading the nipple onto the spoke.

Each pack contains 100 nipples. This quantity is sufficient for building a standard set of wheels, which typically requires 64 nipples total, leaving you with plenty of spares for future maintenance.

The 12mm length is the standard size for most traditional rim profiles. If you are using deep-section aerodynamic rims, you may require longer nipples to ensure the spoke threads engage properly; always check your rim manufacturer's specifications first.
