Industry Nine Solix AL Wheelset

These wheels are designed specifically for road and fast gravel riding. Their 40mm rim depth and lightweight carbon construction make them a versatile choice for cyclists who want a balance of aerodynamic efficiency on the road and durability on gravel paths.

The ultra-fine engagement is very noticeable, especially when you are accelerating out of corners or navigating technical gravel sections. Because the hub engages almost instantly, you get immediate power transfer to the rear wheel without any 'dead' space in the pedal stroke.

The Solix AL wheelset uses a Center Lock disc brake interface and is designed for 12mm thru-axles. As long as your frame and fork are compatible with these modern standards, they will fit seamlessly.

While the rims are optimized for tubeless setups—which we recommend for better puncture protection and lower rolling resistance—they are compatible with standard inner tubes if you prefer that setup.

The SRAM XD-R freehub body is compatible with SRAM's 12-speed road and gravel cassettes, including the XPLR and Red/Force AXS ranges. If you are running a different drivetrain system, you may need to swap the freehub body to match your specific cassette.

The 25mm internal width is quite wide for a road-focused wheel, which is intentional. It provides a better, more stable platform for wider gravel tires, allowing you to run lower pressures without the tire feeling squirmy in corners.
