Ritchey Classic Seatpost

The Ritchey Classic seatpost listed here is specifically sized for a 30.9 mm diameter seat tube. Please verify your bicycle frame's seatpost diameter before purchasing, as this is not a universal fit.

The two-bolt design allows you to adjust the saddle angle independently of the fore-aft position. By loosening or tightening the two bolts, you can micro-adjust the tilt of your saddle to find your preferred riding position with high precision.

While it is built with durable aluminum, this post is designed primarily for road and gravel riding. It does not feature suspension or dropper functionality, so it is best suited for bikes where a rigid, classic-style post is preferred.

This seatpost features a 25 mm setback. This design helps position the rider slightly further back from the handlebars, which can be beneficial for achieving a more comfortable, stretched-out fit on road or gravel bikes.

Like any high-polish aluminum component, the finish is durable but can show scuffs if the post is frequently adjusted or if grit gets trapped between the post and the frame. We recommend using a light layer of bicycle grease or carbon paste (if applicable) during installation to protect the finish and prevent seizing.
