It typically works well with most drop bars and flat bars, though you may need to adjust your cable routing slightly if they are particularly tight against the head tube.

It is ideal for lightweight, compressible items like a sleeping bag, bivy sack, or extra layers. If you are using a bulky, synthetic sleeping bag, it may be a tight fit, so it works best when paired with a compact down sleeping system.

The mounting system is engineered for stability and uses secure straps to keep the load from swaying or bouncing. It is specifically built for bikepacking, so it is designed to stay firmly in place even when you are riding over gravel or technical trails.

The PU-coated polyester is highly weather-resistant and designed to protect your gear from road spray, mud, and rain. While it is not technically a submersible dry bag, it will keep your contents dry during standard riding conditions.

Because it mounts directly to the handlebars and keeps the weight centered, it has a minimal impact on steering compared to traditional panniers. However, adding any weight to the front end will slightly change the bike's feel, so it is best to pack heavier items closer to the stem.
