Beginners might find the sensitivity and rail-to-rail responsiveness a bit challenging to control compared to a more stable, beginner-specific longboard or foamie.

This board excels in average, everyday surf—think waist-high to slightly overhead conditions. Its refined rocker and volume allow it to generate speed easily in weaker waves while still holding its own when the surf has a bit more push and shape.
