Ace Trucks AF1

The AF1 features a proprietary casting process that makes the aluminum significantly stronger than standard gravity-cast trucks. It also includes a refined bushing seat and a re-engineered axle system designed to minimize slop and improve overall turning precision.

They are highly versatile and perform well in both environments. The geometry is known for being particularly responsive, which makes them excellent for technical street skating, while the stability they offer at speed makes them a favorite for transition and bowl riders.

Like most high-quality trucks, they will feel slightly stiff right out of the box. After a few sessions, the bushings will settle and the pivot cup will wear in, allowing you to experience the full range of their signature smooth turn.

Ace trucks are sized based on axle width rather than hanger width, which can be confusing if you are used to other brands. You should match the axle width as closely as possible to the width of your deck to ensure the wheels sit flush with the edge of the board.

While the AF1 is designed to work best with Ace's specific bushing shape and durometer, they are compatible with most standard aftermarket bushings. However, keep in mind that changing the bushing shape may alter the truck's specific turning geometry.
