It is built for both. While the graphic and shape are authentic to the 1988 original, the construction uses modern U.S. hard rock maple, making it fully capable of handling daily skate sessions.

This deck uses the vintage truck hole spacing from the late 80s, which is slightly different from modern standard patterns. You will need to ensure your trucks are compatible with this older, shorter mounting pattern.

The wider profile offers a significantly more stable platform, which is ideal for transition skating, bowls, or cruising. It will feel much more substantial under your feet than a modern 8.0 or 8.25-inch street deck.

This deck maintains the authentic geometry of the original 1988 design. You can expect the flatter, more traditional feel of that era rather than the steep, aggressive concave found on contemporary popsicle boards.
